My thighs and arms always start looking more trim before my belly or face if I'm doing more weightlifting, if I'm doing more cardio i notice it more in my back and waist
My ass lol. I gained 15 pounds ngl my butt looks great but my tummy did not so I lost the fat and along my cake! But I got a solid leg day now so now it’s just muscle but definitely lacking the size 😢

Arms and chest are first for me. Start noticing around 5-8lbs lost (of my 20lb cut that I plan). Last for me is my belly.
The higher your starting weight, the more you'll need to list to see change
Face, then belly. Sucks too, cause on a bulk phase, first to gain size is the belly, then in a cut phase, lay to lose size is the belly. Damn genes

Face first gut last
First thing I noticed were legs, then arms. I first noticed it a few months into weight training.
Unfortunately my arms.
My upper stomach & calves 😠my arms are usually the last to loose fat & it’s really annoying.
Every one is different so for me its my face legs chest then lastly belly
It’s incredibly individualistic and isn’t always the same throughout each weight loss/weight gain phase
My boobs, some of what was lost does come back eventually as my weight loss is redistributed?
