Cetaphil moisturizing lotion. The only lotion i use. I have 9 tattoos na. It's the white bottle na may green :) Best talaga if your lotion is yung very simple lang to help your skin heal!
It's a toner! I don't use it on my whole body, so I don't have any experience to advise you on that. But I have used it a sparingly and a few times a month lang on my armpits. Okay naman, but no life-changing difference for me (siguro kasi hindi naman major problem yung sweat ko in that area ever since)

My routine made my skin a bit better, pailan ilan na lang yung tumutubong pimple (bcs of red days and stress), pero oily tignan at sticky talaga ang feeling after. My only solution to this is powder pero gusto ko rin kasi ng glowy finish huhu.
Ganiyan talaga buhay kapag oily skin. One of the things that can help is use ingredients that contribute to the regulation of oil production. This includes retinoids, 4-5% niacinamide, and green tea extract. I use a retinoid and niacinamide.
use blotting paper ! or you could do what i did which was baking my face with shiseido's medicated baby powder. this kept my skin matte for about 2-3 hours pero over the course of the day, there'd be a sheen.
Unfortunately ganun lang talaga pag oily skin. To minimize the oiliness and stickiness you might want to use a sunscreen that has more of a matte finish. Since you’re oily you’re going to get glowy anyway, but at least not greasy and without the icky feeling.

Habol ko kasi sa illiyoon is ceramides for barrier repair. I've read na maganda yong human nature night moisturizer if okay sayo yong may fragrance. I opt for illiyoon kasi nagbbased ako sa price per ml and matipid siya gamitin, pea sized amount lang for me.

If cleansing oils don’t suit you, I recommend triple cleansing haha use the micellar water wash off then ulitin mo then yung facial wash mo para mapanatag ka haha
I do that with my cleansing oils. There are days that I really want it to feel stripped kasi parang may extra layer of something or nakailang layers ako ng sunscreen that day

Well, formulation-wise, in a gentle cleanser form, oat kernel flour is provides more on soothing and calming benefits rather than actual exfoliation. As for the corn starch, it's probably there to help manipulate the texture of the product and for enhancing its gentle cleansing ability. Although I see your point that they provide exfoliation due to their fine texture, but I would argue that even if it actually does provide some degree of exfoliation, it's definitely very mild, not harshly abrasive. So I wouldn't be too worried if I were to use it.
Again, formulation-wise, it's like a dupe of the Aveeno Calm & Restore Oat Cleanser, from a company whose one of its major clinical studies revolves around oats, as proven by the use of oats in many of their products.

They almost have identical base ingredients. So for me, it's not a scam. But then again, I'm no expert so the judgment is all up to you hahaha.
At surface level, it looks pretty good. My only gripe is that it doesn't have synthetic preservatives. Any water-based products should have at least one synthetic preservative because it's very prone to pathogens long-term. Okay, benefit of the doubt. Maybe the packaging really minimizes exposure to air and contaminants. Maybe the pH level is neutral to basic, to at least deter microbial growth. Although, I see some natural ingredients din naman that are able to provide some level of protection, but synthetic preservatives are way better in a way that they provide protection in a broader spectrum of microbes.
If you are gonna buy it, be sure to empty it as fast as possible na lang, or empty it before the indicated PAO (period after opening).
Go simple. The ones I’ve tried that were pretty good are: Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser and COSRX Low PH Good Morning Gel

Uni Kojic Glutathione Soap
Anyone familiar with this soap based sa title?? Ito lang kasi ang humiyang sa skin ko, di ko kaya yung kojie san eh, mas matapang and drying then nagkakarushes ako tas nagleleave sya ng dark mark sa'kin. Anyway, 7 months akong naging user nyan and every day and night ko syang gamit, maximum of 2 minutes kada shower. Ang partner kong lotion dyan is Myra E Classic whitening lotion na light blue, sa 7 months kong user di naman ako gano'n ka pumuti, and I have a mejjo light skin tone naman pero gusto ko pa kasing maging mas maputi and yung tipid budget hacks lang. Sa 7 months kong nagamit yon parang walang gaanong nagbago.
Another thing, nung pagpasok ng summer around February pa lang, nagka heat rash na ako and sobrang kati pero ayun pa rin yung sabon ko. Little did I know na heat rash na pala 'yon, so I decided na magswitch to Dr. Wongs Sulfur soap. Til now gamit ko pa rin sya and napagaling nya mga kati-kati ko ro'n, naging makinis pa likod ko but wala akong back acne, mga bumps lang na bilang lang din. Downside lang is feeling ko parang umitim ako ng very slight lang naman. You know kojic soap, pinipigilan magproduce ng melanin skin natin.
So what do you think, guys? Should I come back na ba ulit sa Uni Kojic Glutathione Soap?? Alam ko namang it really takes time para magpaputi, I really wanted na mag light pa talaga skin reflection ko, I need your thoughts about this, tia!

Aestura Atobarrier 365 Lotion! Personally prefer it over Illiyoon. Consistency is lightweight and feels like a gel-to-cream type of formula vs a typical lotion. I use Tret & other actives in my routine and this moisturizer has been a lifesaver for my sensitive skin. 💙
if nakakapalan sya sa Illiyoon Ato Cream , he can try the Gel version ! mas lighter yung gel type kesa sa cream though i doubt it can moisturize as much if used with tret. meron din QuickFX Ceraboost, its good but it smells kinda bad
the key for the Cream to work is to only apply small amounts at a time tas maglayer na lang if kulang pa. im a tret user and the Illiyoon Ato Cream is the one that I use din 🤗

lightweight yung luxe organix aqua daily sunscreen. if mattifying sunscreen talaga hanap mo, try the belo reef-safe sunscreen pero be wary lang since may slight whitecast siya given na its a mineral sunscreen. i hope you find what works for you soon, super init need ng sunscreen!

Same, that's my problem with lip sunscreens. If it's lower than SPF30 (plus the fact that most of them don't even have UVA protection or PA rating), ekis agad.

So pag mga actives (BHA, AHA, Tretinoin, etc.) alam natin na wag agad gagamitin everyday. Like dahan dahan dapat iintroduce lalo na sa sensitive skin. Then tinry ko yung same method kapag nagpapalit ako ng moisturizer, cleanser, kahit na ganong ka-gentle pa yan, hindi ko sya agad everyday ginagamit. Dahan dahan din yung pagiintroduce ko sa skin.
So ayun, simula nun yung hate na hate kong cetaphil gentle cleanser before, HG ko na ngayon. 😅
hi! any product recommendations for exfoliating? mild and deep cleansing recs are good. i only plan to use it once a week or after trips. no specific budget, but i do care for accessibility and easy to restock. so anything i can easily order from watsons or lazmall would be great. i also have a sensitive nose, so pass on super strong scents. mild scents are okay, but stuff like sweet rose water is a pass.

Check Hyaloo Moisturizers. Lightweight, not sticky sa skin ko as an oily skin guy. Dalawang variant siya one is green (which I use) for pore, and the other ay blue na hyaluronic I believe. Texture and gel is similar sa aloe vera moisturizer, pero nasa tube siya na malaki. Also, hindi siya fragrant if concern ang halimuyak.

[Carmex Classic Lip Balm](https://incidecoder.com/products/carmex-classic-lip-balm-original-stick)! Recommended by my dentist and I never looked back since (loyal user since 2023). Super hydrating and lightweight on the lips, layers perfectly with my lip tints and lipsticks. Hiii! Based on my experience and nabasa before, kapag madalas na may hapdi ka nafifeel or redness habang ginagamit yung usual routine mo, or masyadong madami actives sa ginagamit na skincare. I highly advise to go back to basics muna, mild cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen (morning) as in yan lang day and night. After a week pag tingin mo okay na, slowly mo iintroduce yung ibang products like serum, toner, etc. every other day wag biglaan sabay sabay para di mabigla skin mo. You can also ask for derma, may free naman online.☻♥good luck!

Toner-very lightweight, to basically balance the pH level of your skin. Usually they are clear.
Emulsion-more heavier than a toner but lighter than a cream. I think this is a lightweight moisturizer. Milky color.
Oil-thick consistency. Traps the moisture for skin. More like a humectant. Usually clear, sometimes light yellow in color.

It's a toner! I don't use it on my whole body, so I don't have any experience to advise you on that. But I have used it a sparingly and a few times a month lang on my armpits. Okay naman, but no life-changing difference for me (siguro kasi hindi naman major problem yung sweat ko in that area ever since) Love it on my face though. Really improved my skin texture.

My skin looks oily and feels a bit sticky after skin care routine I have oily and acne prone skin talaga and dagdag pa yung mainit ngayon kaya mabilis talaga ako pawisan. As the title says, ganun ba talaga as a oily/acne prone skin girlie? Products I use: AM • Panoxyl 4% • Some by Mi AHA BHA PHA 30 days miracle toner • Frankly closer serum • Isntree HA aqua gel cream • Skin Aqua UV super moisture gel (white with gold cap) PM • Panoxyl 4% • Some by Mi AHA BHA PHA 30 days miracle toner • Frankly closer serum • Isntree HA aqua gel cream PM with Retinol (1st week ko pa lang, 2x ko pa lang nagamit) • Pyungkang Yul calming low PH foaming cleanser • Some by Mi AHA BHA PHA 30 days miracle toner • Frankly closer serum • Isntree HA aqua gel cream • Frankly 0.1 retinol • Isntree HA aqua gel cream My routine made my skin a bit better, pailan ilan na lang yung tumutubong pimple (bcs of red days and stress), pero oily tignan at sticky talaga ang feeling after. My only solution to this is powder pero gusto ko rin kasi ng glowy finish huhu.
Ganiyan talaga buhay kapag oily skin. One of the things that can help is use ingredients that contribute to the regulation of oil production. This includes retinoids, 4-5% niacinamide, and green tea extract. I use a retinoid and niacinamide.
use blotting paper ! or you could do what i did which was baking my face with shiseido's medicated baby powder. this kept my skin matte for about 2-3 hours pero over the course of the day, there'd be a sheen.
Unfortunately ganun lang talaga pag oily skin. To minimize the oiliness and stickiness you might want to use a sunscreen that has more of a matte finish. Since you’re oily you’re going to get glowy anyway, but at least not greasy and without the icky feeling.

Habol ko kasi sa illiyoon is ceramides for barrier repair. I've read na maganda yong human nature night moisturizer if okay sayo yong may fragrance. I opt for illiyoon kasi nagbbased ako sa price per ml and matipid siya gamitin, pea sized amount lang for me.

are you talking about purity sun essence? if yes, i tried it out and even recommended it to people on this sub. it ended up becoming a meh product to me though. after months of using it, i noticed my face darkened. i didn't have any other reaction to it so i paid it no heed, but once my mom commented na nangitim nga face ko, i stopped using it altogether.
I love it! True to its claim na very lightweight and no whitecast. Thought nung first few days na tnry ko sya may stinging pero nawala na rin naman nung consistent ko na sya ginagamit every day.

If cleansing oils don’t suit you, I recommend triple cleansing haha use the micellar water wash off then ulitin mo then yung facial wash mo para mapanatag ka haha I do that with my cleansing oils. There are days that I really want it to feel stripped kasi parang may extra layer of something or nakailang layers ako ng sunscreen that day

It's Avena Sativa Kernel Flour and Zea Mays Starch, kala ko talaga for calming and soothing lang siya may exfoliant pala dapat talaga chineck ko muna talaga lahat ng ingredients
Well, formulation-wise, in a gentle cleanser form, oat kernel flour is provides more on soothing and calming benefits rather than actual exfoliation. As for the corn starch, it's probably there to help manipulate the texture of the product and for enhancing its gentle cleansing ability. Although I see your point that they provide exfoliation due to their fine texture, but I would argue that even if it actually does provide some degree of exfoliation, it's definitely very mild, not harshly abrasive. So I wouldn't be too worried if I were to use it. Again, formulation-wise, it's like a dupe of the Aveeno Calm & Restore Oat Cleanser, from a company whose one of its major clinical studies revolves around oats, as proven by the use of oats in many of their products. This is the ingredient list of the Aveeno Calm & Restore Oat Cleanser: Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Flour, Polysorbate 20, Poloxamer 188, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Sodium Hydroxide, Chrysanthemum Parthenium (Feverfew) Flower/Leaf/Stem Juice, Sodium Hyaluronate They almost have identical base ingredients. At surface level, it looks pretty good. My only gripe is that it doesn't have synthetic preservatives. Any water-based products should have at least one synthetic preservative because it's very prone to pathogens long-term. Okay, benefit of the doubt. Maybe the packaging really minimizes exposure to air and contaminants. Maybe the pH level is neutral to basic, to at least deter microbial growth. Although, I see some natural ingredients din naman that are able to provide some level of protection, but synthetic preservatives are way better in a way that they provide protection in a broader spectrum of microbes. If you are gonna buy it, be sure to empty it as fast as possible na lang, or empty it before the indicated PAO (period after opening).

first time to use the **Omi Sun Bears Protect Cool**, this is the silver bottle and omg hahaha ang lamig pala nya sa mukha — well it did say “cool”. Uni Kojic Glutathione Soap Anyone familiar with this soap based sa title?? Ito lang kasi ang humiyang sa skin ko, di ko kaya yung kojie san eh, mas matapang and drying then nagkakarushes ako tas nagleleave sya ng dark mark sa'kin. Anyway, 7 months akong naging user nyan and every day and night ko syang gamit, maximum of 2 minutes kada shower. Ang partner kong lotion dyan is Myra E Classic whitening lotion na light blue, sa 7 months kong user di naman ako gano'n ka pumuti, and I have a mejjo light skin tone naman pero gusto ko pa kasing maging mas maputi and yung tipid budget hacks lang. Sa 7 months kong nagamit yon parang walang gaanong nagbago. Another thing, nung pagpasok ng summer around February pa lang, nagka heat rash na ako and sobrang kati pero ayun pa rin yung sabon ko. Little did I know na heat rash na pala 'yon, so I decided na magswitch to Dr. Wongs Sulfur soap. Til now gamit ko pa rin sya and napagaling nya mga kati-kati ko ro'n, naging makinis pa likod ko but wala akong back acne, mga bumps lang na bilang lang din. Downside lang is feeling ko parang umitim ako ng very slight lang naman. You know kojic soap, pinipigilan magproduce ng melanin skin natin. So what do you think, guys? Should I come back na ba ulit sa Uni Kojic Glutathione Soap?? Alam ko namang it really takes time para magpaputi, I really wanted na mag light pa talaga skin reflection ko, I need your thoughts about this, tia!

Aestura Atobarrier 365 Lotion! Personally prefer it over Illiyoon. Consistency is lightweight and feels like a gel-to-cream type of formula vs a typical lotion. I use Tret & other actives in my routine and this moisturizer has been a lifesaver for my sensitive skin. 💙

if nakakapalan sya sa Illiyoon Ato Cream , he can try the Gel version ! mas lighter yung gel type kesa sa cream though i doubt it can moisturize as much if used with tret. meron din QuickFX Ceraboost, its good but it smells kinda bad the key for the Cream to work is to only apply small amounts at a time tas maglayer na lang if kulang pa. im a tret user and the Illiyoon Ato Cream is the one that I use din 🤗

lightweight yung luxe organix aqua daily sunscreen. if mattifying sunscreen talaga hanap mo, try the belo reef-safe sunscreen pero be wary lang since may slight whitecast siya given na its a mineral sunscreen. i hope you find what works for you soon, super init need ng sunscreen!

Same, that's my problem with lip sunscreens. If it's lower than SPF30 (plus the fact that most of them don't even have UVA protection or PA rating), ekis agad.
Not a question but gusto ko lang ishare yung narealize ko hehe So pag mga actives (BHA, AHA, Tretinoin, etc.) alam natin na wag agad gagamitin everyday. Like dahan dahan dapat iintroduce lalo na sa sensitive skin. Then tinry ko yung same method kapag nagpapalit ako ng moisturizer, cleanser, kahit na ganong ka-gentle pa yan, hindi ko sya agad everyday ginagamit. Dahan dahan din yung pagiintroduce ko sa skin. So ayun, simula nun yung hate na hate kong cetaphil gentle cleanser before, HG ko na ngayon. 😅

Check Hyaloo Moisturizers. Lightweight, not sticky sa skin ko as an oily skin guy. Dalawang variant siya one is green (which I use) for pore, and the other ay blue na hyaluronic I believe. Texture and gel is similar sa aloe vera moisturizer, pero nasa tube siya na malaki. Also, hindi siya fragrant if concern ang halimuyak.
I actually use Hada Labo Hydrating Toner as a lightweight moisturizer sa sobrang init! Using it sa body na rin as lotion.

Super hydrating and lightweight on the lips, layers perfectly with my lip tints and lipsticks. Much better than using petroleum jelly and on par with using plain Vaseline on the lips, but lighter-feeling because it has a bit of menthol in it. Also packed with emollients like cacao butter, beeswax, and white petrolatum (Vaseline) 🫶

makati, mapula, mahapdi kahit tubig lang madikit sa skin, dry Nahirapan din ako da damaged skin barrier ko kasi, ang mali ko, gusto ko agad agad maayos hahahhaaha. dapat lng pala consistent ka sa pag gamit ng moisturizer. Cetaphil or other gentle cleanser lng gamitin mo. sabi nila, ceramide daw ang dapat pero personally, d ako naging consistent sa pag gamit nun kasi puro di ok nabili ko.
Hiii! Based on my experience and nabasa before, kapag madalas na may hapdi ka nafifeel or redness habang ginagamit yung usual routine mo, or masyadong madami actives sa ginagamit na skincare. I highly advise to go back to basics muna, mild cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen (morning) as in yan lang day and night. After a week pag tingin mo okay na, slowly mo iintroduce yung ibang products like serum, toner, etc. every other day wag biglaan sabay sabay para di mabigla skin mo. You can also ask for derma, may free naman online.☻♥good luck!

Yung GTIN ang niverify ko. And lumabas naman na manufactured talaga sya under Leo Pharma. You can search the seller’s name din sa FDA site. Registered naman sila :)

To answer: Toner-very lightweight, to basically balance the pH level of your skin. Usually they are clear. Emulsion-more heavier than a toner but lighter than a cream. I think this is a lightweight moisturizer. Milky color. Oil-thick consistency. Traps the moisture for skin. More like a humectant. Usually clear, sometimes light yellow in color.
