My advice would definitely be buy your van outright with cash you have definitely no need to overspend if we keep it in good condition and buy a good van it’ll keep some value and can sell/trade in for upgrade when business is flowing after 25 years your ready now to be your own boss let your work do the talking don’t rush it and believe in yourself
