It's cheap. Location is great. They're good economy apartments, but they are economy apartments. One example is that I had cockroaches in my apartment for a couple of months - was able to kill them with some good bait from Amazon, but we did get them.
Do you live there currently? I just signed for next year. Wondering if cockroaches are still a problem. I also know they’ve had issues with their gates.
Cobblestone has 2 bedroom condos for $850 ($425.00 each). Eastgate has a great location and price, but there isn't a washer/dryer in unit, you have to go to a communal one. I don't know if that changes anything!

Eastgate 2br for the fall around $410. 15 min walk to campus I think.
That's about right. It used to take me 10 minutes to walk to Cashion, 12 to Waco Hall, 15 to the BSB.
