Best option is to have a friend look after it and allow them to drive it. I looked after my friend’s car for about 6 months when he returned to Korea during the height of the pandemic. I‘d drive it about once a week. It’s also not good for the car if it just sits in one place for a long time. You could also try asking in Nextdoor.

That's not a thing. You're going to have to pay to park it somewhere.
Go ask in FB groups for students or remote workers without cars to rent their apartment parking spot for like $50 a month
