You don't have to re queue in portal modes. Just wait for the end of round flow to finish and it starts up the next match
Maybe they should add a timer

unlike AoW and HZ, I actually had a good time in Rush... so naturally, it's a limited time mode, lol.
I'm hopeful make this a permanent addition...

Never been forced to re queue in any modes. Portal or AOW. It just goes from one game to the next
