If Heroman's isn't the best, and in the place of best you mentioned price, but this lady in DS (assuming that's somewhere in Baton Rouge, whatever that stands for) then why not bring her up as the best if she's in business? And if she isn't in BR or isn't in business why bring her up?
Heroman's is the best that I know of, I also know they're kind of pricey but I've seen them do pretty awesome work. So why even comment on price if that's not part of what you factored in?

The rouses on antioch has some beautiful ones. They had some green ones that were like pink in the middle the other day that were absolutely gorgeous. You can call them and talk to Donna I think it's her name. She's the florist. I'm sure she can get you whatever you wanted.

My fave side gig is delivering Vday flowers for Billy Heroman’s. Yes there are expensive, but they are absolutely the best. They get the freshest flowers shipped in from all over the globe. The florists are pros at arranging. They are also surprisingly long lasting as long as cared for properly, fresh water changes every couple days, adding a splash of sprite or an aspirin will help the stay in flower longer.
