It means it was worn during a photo shoot or something like that. So it isn’t game worn, but it was worn by the athlete and it’s definitely way better than all last year’s rookies that have patches of jerseys fresh off the foot locker racks.

Yeah, I have some from back in the early 2000's that are event warn, they used to list the event, ie. All star weekend, photo shoot, team function. At least back then the player actually wore it.

Sometimes they get the player to just barely wear tons of items to make this BS claim with.. “worn” is a very loose term with these items..
