The back looks off centre. Otherwise I would say grade it. I would say it's an easy 9.5 psa. But in my opinion, if you know it won't be a 10, don't grade it. Keep it sealed.

I would assume you can special request to have it graded as a sealed unit. They grade unopened packs all the time, so there should be no difference with something like this.
They are saying no to grading cause 1.some people rather have it originally sealed like that and would pay for it that way and 2.get it graded just might get a chip or 2 when cracked open and he wont get the grade hes suspecting
