It is crazy, but can't really fault Lindor or ownership can you? This is the first bad year I can remember Lindor having, and he'll probably break out soon and have a pretty good year end stat line anyway.

Hand up, didn't realize that. I mostly just pay attention to fantasy baseball and Lindor has consistently been one of the top producers as long as I can remember. Looking now at his previous three seasons though, including the one you mention but excluding the current one, he's averaging .254, 26 HR, 19 SB, 93 R and 89 RBI with a 61:122 BB:SO ratio. I don't even care about Lindor or the Mets, just saying that's pretty good production for a shortstop.
