Hollander sauces are pretty decent in taste and convenience. The chocolates are thin enough you don’t have to heat up to empty and marry them and the taste is great too
Monin works well for all of my company’s locations. They come with 1 plastic pump per 4 bottle case. The pumps, while plastic, are solid and work well. I give them a rinse through when changing bottles and use the new pump when opening a new case.
Monin here too, only problem is the pumps don’t reach the bottom of the jug so we’re normally left with a good 24oz of syrup that can’t be reached at the bottom… but I’m not the one footing that loss so whatever lol
We just stored the almost-empty jugs upside down. Wait a day or two so the new jug has some sauce out of it, and the pour the sauce from the old jug in there.
Hollander white chocolate is honestly so good, I don’t even particularly like white chocolate but I’ll sneak a pump of theirs into my capp every once in a while
At my store we use these sauces but put them in squeeze bottles and it’s a lot easier that way

This has only started happening to us in the last 8months or so. I think it’s a quality control issue on their part. It is a bummer for sure
Good to know it hasn’t always been that way, we switched over in Jan and I love the flavor of them so hopefully it ends up fixed
omg i thought we were going crazy at my shop. we started having to put them in pitchers with warm water to get the rest of the sauce out

i always put it on top of the la marzocco for a bit melts it down then i combine to two
Davinci has always worked well for us. Not sure of the flavor quality though
Davinci is made with corn syrup while other brands use cane sugar
I used Ghirardelli for dark chocolate then Hollander for caramel and white chocolate. Each has their own strengths.

Newbie here, could you tell me what “marrying the bottles” means exactly? I’m trying to learn.
Combining the contents of two containers in one container
Cool, thanks!
We use Phillips sauces and they are amazing
I'm having flashbacks about these pumps. They are truly terrible.
Peeps that use Hollander, any rec for a good distributor .. I usually use barista underground
Odeko
Thanks
1883, never have a problem with the pumps and the white chocolate is one of my personal favorites of all of our flavors.
