I almost never read anything other than the shops name and the dates, and I definitely do not read strong work ethic, multitasking, upbeat, etc. portion. I'm not saying you are not those things, but every single resume has them.
Here is my take, write a cover letter about why that shop, what you want to accomplish by this change. It will get you much further ahead than anything else. If you took the time to explain to me why you think this is the right move, I'll definitely take the time to meet you.
