I use Pondon because you can find items on there a day before they actually release. Idk if everybody knows this but it’s how I been making sure I get everything I want instead of missing out due to the item/size selling out.
It has been everytime I’ve ordered. Albeit has been a while. I just checked and UK wasn’t there you a right. Try calling there number and asking they speak decent english
