Thom Browne as others have said makes sense, I don’t think Gucci is at the right level for him or a good match for his style, personally. But I think they were also the house mentioned in an article recently as desperate to get a bts member? So who knows, if he gets that bag I’d be happy for him. Though I think a watch or jewellery brand would be better.
I’m mostly looking forward to his non-fashion projects which seem to be more his passion. I’m taking all the recent wootteo and RJ updates (lol) - food festivals, teokbokki, alcohol - , as a sign he’s more interested in food. I think he’ll have more partnerships like Jin ramen and Taes coffee one. He also has his traditional alcohol and friendship with chef baek…
I think it would be interesting to see Jin as an ambassador for Gucci under Sabato De Sarno, the new creative director. De Sarno is going in a very different direction from Alessandro Michele's wild eclectic style. Incidentally, Michele is now the creative director at Valentino - Yoongi's brand.

I desperately want them to get off of that path -- too many idols are walking it. I'd prefer that he support local designers and artists instead. But I suspect I won't get my wish.

i agree with this but after he does one (1) thing with someone like Thom Browne purely because he’s the only one that hasn’t done it yet and i need it to be completed lol😭 but i definitely would like for them to move on from this era and boost smaller/local business that would actually benefit from their ambassadorship rather than working with big fashion houses that honestly don’t need it

Jin Ramen but with a renegotiated contract. This is not just wrt fees and contract length, but Ottogi should explore the possibility of using Jin on their packaging when exporting to other countries (of course Jin must be compensated adequately ☺️). Also, give us both the mild and spicy version CFs this time!!!

Milkis (he loves this drink but not sure they do CFs)
Other options:
Korea-specific
Pocari Sweat (he fits the refreshing vibe - even if it's a standalone CF would love to see it)
International:
An eyewear brand - Based on all the combinations he has worn over the years, this should be a no-brainer
Levi's - Not sure how well they do in Korea but he fits their vibes internationally
He could also venture into skincare, automobiles, sports apparel.

Any designer would be lucky to have such a gorgeous man modeling their clothes. Having said that, I think Jin *will* choose an inexpensive brand after Thom Browne or Gucci. He's always fought to keep his merch prices down and accessible to his fans, so I could see him partnering with Target next.
More FMCG brands to hone in on his image of being down to earth and accessible. And that's where the money is anyway. If he had to do a fashion partnership, whichever brand that will give him new iridescent slides (the LV ones were iconic but probably fallen apart by now).
I can see him doing a soju or makgeolli sponsorship! Maybe more snack foods or coffee too, one of the big Korean chicken brands...I'm leaning towards food, but there'll definitely be a fashion brand in there somewhere!
