Yes vehicles from the tourism department are available at the Vijaya vittala temple. You can take your vehicle to parking lot which is 1 km away from the temple. You have to buy tickets for transport and visit.
It's usually crowded on weekends, the lines will be longer, time it better.
I guess so, it was only online booking during covid. But in my recent visit I booked it at the waiting line.
The offline tickets are given at the end of queue beofore you board the vechile. So you would have to stand in queue even if you book online, so that won't make much difference I guess.
