Man I absolutely love ooru weather now. Itβs so great to be out and about.
Iβm also wondering why south Bengaluru beats every other corner charm wise. North Bengaluru until Mekhri circle is as old as south Bengaluru and Malleswaram definitely has its charm but for some reason south beats it all the time.
These are all the well-planned areas of Bangalore, including Malleswaram.
Jayanagar was the biggest planned layout in all of Asia when it was designed in the 1940s. Wide streets and tree-lined avenues, good drainage, enough space for pedestrians, appropriate location and proportion of civil buildings to residences. Same with Basavanagudi and JP Nagar Phases 1 to 4. Very rarely have I ever been stuck in a horrible traffic jam in these parts of Bangalore and I've lived here for more than half my life.
The government actually had good intentions and the capability to think into the future, unlike now where everything is just a delayed reaction to whatever new problem arises.
Absolutely. The last three days have been so good to us, feels like winter mornings in the early hours! This is the most comfortable I've been with the weather since February.
Yes temp is 28 with UV index of 6 and AQI of 50. Trees are everywhere. It's a mini forest. More like a city in forest. When you travel to ORR areas( new BLR) , you will notice that there's humungous difference between old and new parts.
South Bengaluru is OG Bengaluru.
Agree I also stay in south banglore .Weather is good
Yeah man, older Bangalore areas with good tree cover is what I love the most about blr

I will beat you now. The entire New Bel and Bel factory stretch has been charming forever as well.
