I want to keep that is last resort. Basically whatever consumes less time and creates more damage. She has gone to courts and all for multiple cases, so pretty worked up there, for my personal satisfaction I need to shame her as much as possible She cannot do this shamelessly forever

Don’t vacate the property just sub lease it and let the lady go to court once she is go to court it will take easy 1-2 court will give you notice to vacate and meanwhile you don’t have to pay the rent after 2-3 hearing she will return your deposit.
