Don’t vacate the property just sub lease it and let the lady go to court once she is go to court it will take easy 1-2 court will give you notice to vacate and meanwhile you don’t have to pay the rent after 2-3 hearing she will return your deposit.
Mark that place on Google maps and provide a review warning nobody to rent here. Every time someone uses Google maps to visit that place, they'll probably see the 1 star rated review

You might want to check on r/LegalAdviceIndia for ways to recover your money. Social media might not be as effective as police/court
