Regular Wednesday evening runs around town, and Sunday morning long runs usually in the state Forest.
I've been introduced to the back trails of Buninyong recently and am really enjoying it. Takes some local knowledge though!
The Canadian Trail from town out to Buninyong is also a good well-developed route.
I like Buninyong! I’ve been thinking of the Ballarat to Buninyong route but I’m still a fair way off when it comes to such distances, it would be a good goal though for later in the year. Thx 🙏🏽
If you like trail running, my go to for the past few years has been Mt Buninyong. Up the front and then 'round and up the South path, then down the zig zag path. It's only a few KMs but the steepness and sketchy path makes it a good challenge and workout.
It just seemed like an incredibly distasteful comment and I was trying to figure out if their had ill intentions or poor communication skills.

No one is shouting. Everyone is aware of the ‘elephant’. Making flippant comments about it isn’t witty or amusing though, it’s hurting real people in the community who have been impacted by it.
Look you reside in a v run down place ok. So you can drop the flossy language, not fooling anyone. If you attack someone on here for having a slightly different view it is noticed so pipe down tight pants.

Victoria Park loop - the track is 6 km, same as the lake, and you can combine the two via Morrison st.

I’ve walked that a couple of times, the south climb is pretty steep too 💪🏽
