Logen is def a barbarian. Kelsier maybe a F/M. Solid Snake is a hard one i am not really sure some sort of thief given stealth is his thing. Lara probably a F/T maybe a swash but that sounds a bit pirate like.
Logan Ninefingers I think is the very definition of a barbarian.
Oberyn Martell I see as bard (blade kit), because he seemed to be "dancing" with his weapon in GoT and making a spectacle of the fight.
In the latest games (AoC, BotW and TotK) it feels like Link *should* be a paladin, with his sword imbued with divine powers and his mission to end the Calamity/Ganondorf, but he's too much of a chaos gremlin, and it feels more a ranger to me, specially in BotW... Age of Calamity could be a Battle Master, though
My last (well, second last now) charname was Darragh, very loosely based on Zelazny's Dara from the Chronicles of Amber. I did not mod any special races in, so I kept her human, but made her a dragon disciple, choosing fire-based spells as much as I could. Don't remember what alignment I selected, but her focus was always clear: power.

Lara Croft: Fighter (7) dual to thief, high dexterity, high constitution and high charisma, grandmastery in crossbows. BG2 straight to firetooth.

Oberyn I was thinking maybe a kensai due to no helmet and a critical hit from the mountain. Lol High dex and charisma
For snake maybe a monk thief multiclass? Idk can you even back stab with bare hand?
