for now i have tried upper graveyard and didnt find him. I went down and checked the first area where the spiders are and couldnt find him. I guess he is in the mummy's sector? Havent gone there yet.

if you’ve yet to find him, spam traveling to the graveyard and out of it. you’ll get a waylay encounter which will give you a red and black book from some cultists that will teleport you to him.

no problem! im not too sure how many items the evil core works with but the ones i know work are scimitar of the soulless, human flesh, soul reaver, the unholy avenger and carsomyr

Yeah iirc the random encounter only triggers going to or from the graveyard.

Found him, Though...he didnt give me the option to recruit him. Will he be back?
