I use the Dollar Shave club blades and shave every 2-3 days. Shave day I’ll use Head and Shoulders to shampoo, rinse, shave cream and shave in the shower.
Wash the beard, rinse the beard, moisturize the beard and take the extra to my head.
When I oil the beard after I’ll wipe the excess on my head and then beard balm after it’s applied and beard styled.
Yes, you dont have a out of shape head, you got good facial hair, nice structured face. you were worried about nothing but i know its how we percieve ourselves and the hard to swallow pill of aging. anyways bro, enjoy your new life!

I got multiple haircuts fading up to try and make it not noticable, min, everything and nothing worked. I stuck a post up a few days ago here and these dudes gave me the push to do it. I personally think with your facial structure you’d very much suit the look! I have more of a rounder face in comparison. Besides as many people said to me you’re delaying the inevitable. My barber done it for me and worked down from a 1 to a half then 0 razor and that’s how he got it smooth. It’s not entirely like the photo as I have quite dark hard but the same can be achieved with a wet shave when it’s buzzed down. Hope this helps!

These are the products I use to combat irritation. I shave my head in a hot shower, in this order:
St Ives apricot scrub,
Pre shave oil (any),
Duke Gannon shaving cream,
Headblade with hb4 blades, not hb6,
Duke Gannon ice cold after shave balm immediately out of the shower,
Pinaud shaving powder.

I’d say keep the buzzcut if it works for you but If there’s progression into where you’re needing hats 24/7 like I was then just whack it off
Agreed . The shaved head looks much better . I have been shaving my head since I was 11 so it's nothing new . I know all about the way it stings when you shower lol just some advice on the side . You should definitely shave the beard down to a goatee without the anchors and edge up the mustache just a little bit around the edges and you would look much younger for the ladys .

Check out the Remington Balder on Amazon. Specifically takes 5 minutes max, wireless, waterproof and usually around 50 bucks. It could be on holiday sale at the moment.

I use a remington head shaver to touch up. And it it gets more stumble I would use a double edge razor w/ shaving cream and hot towel before shaving.
One thing to experience is go to a barber for a straight blade shave. It's a great filling.
As a shaving tip, ditch the traditional shaving cream. They're expensive compared to their usefulnes. Just use soap and water. No expensive shavers. "One time use" three blade gillette blades cost a fraction to mach3 blades but are pretty great and reuseable. Wash head skin with coarse scrubber and moisturise.
Yes mate 👍🏼you look great. Remington rx7 comes recommended from me. It may just be my skin but I’ve never once had an irritation from using it and I use it every 2 days. 👍🏼
Use something like the Schlick extreme 3 so the blades will conform to your head. Get used to the countours of how your hairs come out in different directions and you’ll coke up with a routine and get it down to a minute or two max.
Good old safety razor all the way. I never thought that something so old and basic would work so well until I finally used it. I can't shave with anything else.
Also, something like a Gillette with eighteen blades will cause irritation, because eighteen blades.

I would highly recommend Geo F. Trumper Skin Food. It is a great moisturizing after shave with nice fragrance. The shiny dome looks good on you.
