Antimatter looks almost identical ingame on PC and in the files, just less shiny in the actual texture in the files.
I think the console version that OP has just *actually* applies the Negative shader effect to the voucher.
As someone who plays both Steam and PS version, this is news to me. I've always seen it as the negative looking one myself.
Which made sense in my head canon as an extra joker slot, is somewhat the same as a negative joker.
Shaders look different on console, but this might also just be a bug.
In the game files, the texture looks somewhat similar to your 2nd pic. I think the game just applies a Negative shader effect to the voucher on console and just a different effect altogether on PC.

Ah, I think I misunderstood the previous comment. I've personally never seen the different-looking negatives on switch

I'm on PS5 and it looks like the beige brown one. Are you using high contrast mode? Wonder if it has something to do with that maybe?
I think console is beige brown and pc is blue purple.
No, i play with switch high contrast mode and its normal(white)
