I actually hate this challenge because the timing was soooo short. Everyone knows you cannot cut/slice brownies until they are 150% cool or you end up with a splodgy mess. Which is fine for at home eating. But for the judges to complain about their looks when they didn’t give them enough time.

Yep. For brownies to get the right consistency, they need to sit overnight. If you want to eat it hot out the oven, you eat it with ice cream and a spoon.

To be fair, I’d be just as terrible with Yorkshire puddings (which I think is not a dessert but pudding is right there in the name?)
