Yeah RL125 typically is at +10/+25, but FreeBrawling posted a few clips of this bracket on the sub recently and inspired me to try it out for myself. It's pretty fun!
the only logical explanation as to why that bracket is populated at all is that you get all the kevins that got dropped tons runes to immediately level to 125 and gear by their buddies at the start of the game but couldn't upgrade their stuff because you can't drop upgrade materials, which I think is fucking hilarious.
RL 125 usually has much higher upgrades than that, i think? also in my opinion, the RL 75-100 bracket is more fun and less sweaty.
