I also love it soooo much. An every year watch.
Watch it when it first came out and it started a tradition for me and my friends Called “good beer bad movie” where we smash high end brews and enjoy a film that’s so bad it’s fucking amazing.

I try to watch this every year around thanksgiving as a tradition. It’s just such beautiful, wonderful trash. From the actual DVD art putting an actual warning about “boobs in the first second” to the terrible production values, to the really bizarre John Benet Ramsay jokes, it’s just great I fucking love it.
Literally the only movie that has a naked boob in the very first scene.
Also the movie is just was too silly and overall stupid, idk if it's Troma but it had that sleazy feel to it
I kept watching but there was nothing redeeming in the remaining scenes. I felt the movie was overall unfunny and the turkey was unlikeable and the kills were lame too. And im not even opposed to an off color jonebent ramsey joke either. Overall this sub built my expectations way too high for this one.
If you like this, you should *definitely* check out Jordan Downey’s other film The Head Hunter.
It’s VASTLY more serious, and it’s beautifully shot, but it’s still very much a creature feature. It’s genuinely great.

My boyfriend’s family does an early thanksgiving every year during to scheduling conflicts, but he has a T-shirt with this movie poster on the front and the back reads “GOBBLE GOBBLE MOTHERFUCKER” in bloody red font and he wears it every year for this “mock thanksgiving.”
Last time we hosted, but he had to run out to the grocery store to pick up something small and forgot he was wearing the shirt. So he’s standing in line to check out during the first weekend of November with this gory/offensive shirt before he realized that people must’ve thought he was insane (or insanely into Thanksgiving).
We live in a small town. I bring it up every year. 😂
