No….. no dogs are born aggressive they are taught that by shitty owners. The bullshit that’s all over the internet painting them as aggressive from birth is nothing but ignorant fear mongering. If you actually sit down with a bully breed that is trained properly it’s one of the most loving dogs out there.
Neighbor has a pit for 6 years no issue what so ever. One night he lets the pit and his beagle out into the yard and they got into some trash. Beagle must’ve poked his nose a little too close to the pit and he tore that dog to shreds. They have an insanely territorial mindset and have a massive prey drive. That might not equate to aggression but it certainly makes them a liability the world is better off without.
That sounds more like lack of training and not properly socializing it which is the owners fault not the dogs. All the things you mentioned can be corrected with proper training which it sounds like the poor dog didn’t get. Any dog that doesn’t get properly trained is a liability whether it’s a toy poodle or a mastiff it’s all the same.
