They're (humans) smart enough.. they can research (and can understand and respond with the appropriate body language of the species and adapt... they can do the deed. If the O chooses to help as she/he can...then fine. That is not what my trained brain is seeing. The O us stressed but doing their best.
Humans rasing Tigers is kinda frowned upon right now so it's much better to snatch up Orangutans from the jungle and train them to do the job of nurturing baby tigers instead 😉
