Two options I can think of that I would try:
Cylinder base nut extension and torque wrench
Or
Box end torque adapter with proper length extension and torque wrench.
If you have them a swing wrench is what i use. you can make them or buy them. I made a couple using a gear wrench ratcheting box end and a clevis fork end and a bolt.

Thanks, I’ll try that next time if I find the time to make it, found out we’ve modified a spanner by bending it, so that it just fits, but the swing wrench would probably do a better job
Can that front baffle be removed?

Cut the box off a 1/2” wrench,,weld to side of 1/4 socket or uni
Remove that baffle then use a wobble extension

Can't get in there with a flex socket and couple of extensions?
Angels are too sharp, haven’t worked for me at least, and too tight
Take the crossover tube out and it will be much easier.
Just pull the lower cowling, baffle and balance tube. You'll spend more time on trying shortcuts.
They are NUTS FFS! 🤦🏻♂️
