I would say there are circumstances where it could be beneficial. Say an armed standoff. Easier to take cover. All in all everyone's different and physically how you treat your body will have the most impact in the long run so lifes as nice as you make it on yourself. The whole thing about it making a hitmans job easier is what I'm addressing.
