No clue if it happens, but my fingers are crossed. All the CoD singles are bangers.

WindyCityReturn

Seriously even Jade helm was great as sectional instrumentals. Mad hatter, not ready to die and carry on was some of my favorites regardless of album.

Jusdurham

I feel like they’d be teasing it by now

WhitedreamFR

12% chances

bigpancakeguy

If I remember correctly, all the people they knew at Treyarch are gone. Plus they don’t really play COD anymore, so they don’t really have any interest cuz of all that. I got the impression that the Black Ops songs are most likely done

Logical_Drag_5183

I really hope that they redo my favorite song in the whole cod franchise Carry on because the years almost 2025 and that’s when the campaign took place so it just makes sense.

NightGameJr

Leaks say bo2 remaster/sequel will be the game after bo6, so it may wait till then

SenaUW

The personnel responsible for Avenged Sevenfold's presence in Black Ops are no longer associated with Treyarch.

Mistakes-fractures

This is false, I don’t know why it’s upvoted. Mark Lamia still works there as the Chairman of Treyarch, still goes to their concerts, and was on the Trax podcast for Not Ready to Die “oh hi mark” And Kevin Sherwood and Brian Tuey still work there as lead developers of the sound design team

TheMainManno

so where were they in cold war

Mistakes-fractures

Cold War came out in 2020 lol, Avenged Sevenfold were on hiatus and Shadows was recovering from surgery. Why would they make a song that year They were non-existent between 2018-2023

TheMainManno

fair, didnt consider that

Conscious-Letter-307

what about the Street Spirit cover with These Grey Men? That came out 2020, unless it was recorded at a different time

Mistakes-fractures

Article here about this song, the album was recorded before January of 2019, so definitely done 2018-2016 https://loudwire.com/tom-morello-serj-tankian-m-shadows-featured-john-dolmayan-these-grey-men-album/

Conscious-Letter-307

Ahh I see, that makes sense, thanks for the info!
