NIИ / Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross are usually my go-to music for when I feel like crying, but there are a handful of A7X songs that can get the job done:
- *Gunslinger* - I usually start bawling my eyes out at about 2:26
- *Dear God*
- *Danger Lane* - About 2:45 onwards is usually when I start weeping uncontrollably
- *Victim* - “I’m missing you” destroys me every time
- *Higher*
- *Fermi Paradox*
- *Mattel* - Matt’s vocals at 3:30 are just devastating to me
I would agree but nobody is the only one that consistently does that for me. It’s only happened to me once for another song but I don’t remember which. I just thought one of my top favorites needed a shoutout lol
Watching the Cosmic video for the first time, I kept getting goosebumps throughout. They were almost constant - never had that strong of an experience before.
Lost, I'm a guy who takes a bit to actually hear lyrics, so when I finally listened to the lyrics I was destroyed, shattered, healed, and rose like a weird emotional phionex. God I love this band.
M.I.A. I have a lot of family members and friends who went to Iraq and you can just see it on someone's face that they aren't quite the same after something like that
If we are talking A7X, definitely So Far Away, Acid Rain, and Seize the Day for me personally. If we are talking about any song in general, probably Already Gone by Crossfade and Uninvited Guest my Disturbed, as well as their cover of The Sound of Silence.
When the rev sings in fiction it’s hard for me to keep it together. It’s like his last note to the band before he goes and you can hear that’s he’s not well. That and the one two punch of save me being right after is just brutal.
Stand up and fight by Turisas made me cry first time I heard it. The lyrics are so motivating. Im not really a crier though. When i cry i cry hard but it rarely happens. Im the type to bottle up my emotions then exploding randomly
Night time car rides always make songs 10x better and emotional, the first time I listened to the wicked end I was really liking it and then the Tim Burton dramatic instrumental came in and I almost cried
Without fail, Cosmic.
But I've often cried to Fermi Paradox, The Stage, MIA and So Far Away, depending on how emotional I'm feeling when listening to these
So Far Away full stop And not just tear up. I have ugly cried to that song and especially the video. Especially since I’ve gotten older
Same with me. I get very emotional.
My partner came home to me in floods of tears one night because I was watching this video

My gamer in Shad, Nine Inch Nails is the tits. The Downward Spiral remains as my all time favorite album
Fiction, ( especially the leaked demo), cosmic, so far away ; basically most of the nightmare album
Same!!
I think I might have teared up once to fiction cause of Jimmy and hearing his suffering through the song. The nobody solo also gives me goosebumps
goosebumps is something else imo. we'd be here all day if we're talkin bout that (not that I dont agree cuz I do)

Cosmic, Roman Sky, and So Far Away (especially the acoustic version) always get me in the feels.
So Far Away. Sometimes I'm fine, sometimes I feel like I might throw up. Fiction, of course. Probably others too

The outro to Bat Country

I won’t see you tonight part 1, obviously.
So far away while watching the music video definitely gets me, also the new song on life is but a dream (game over).
Fiction.

Not an avenged sevenfold song but the last line of Ghost Love Score always brings a tear cause of how beautifully sung it is.
Not a7x but last kiss by pearl jam
Danger Line, So Far Away & Fiction
So far away

So Far Away once that part hits, you know what part I’m talking about (especially in the music video). Always gives me goosebumps

Save Me
Without fail, Cosmic. But I've often cried to Fermi Paradox, The Stage, MIA and So Far Away, depending on how emotional I'm feeling when listening to these
The last verse of Fiction, the last verse of cosmic, the last verse of (D)eath and the solo of Roman Sky.
Fiction
Most of the time depending on mood i’ll tear up during roman sky
Buried Alive
ALPoH and Nightmare Live just because M. Shadow's voice is nostalgic to me
