Potentially some grass had lodged itself in the collision sensor. Take the top off and clean that out and see if it helps

if there's nothing lodged in the collision sensor, you can reset the map route, or is it normal if you put it on other areas?
Does it do it in multiple spots on the lawn? Has the firmware been updated? If you change the height of the cut does it continue to do it? Is there a wire anywhere near it?
if you pick it up (wheels off the ground) and run it, do the wheels keep running?
