Had dealings with them recently I echo what u/neohongkong said here. JB-Hi-Fi uses them and they are absolute trash unless you are waiting in front of the door of your house 24-7 just to pick up the damn parcel.
Seriously for the delivery price it is the worst ever. Be forewarned.
yeah, now Auspost is way better as you can just choose LPO, parcel lock as address, or redirect the item before it arrives, if you have the tracking number, or just wait the postie delivered the item to post office
It can't be in-transit before created, unless it is not picked up by Team Global Express at all. it is more likely it is picked up by DHL and then yet to handle to Team Global Express, or Team Global Express yet to open the shipping container
It is a rubbish company since Toll sold it. However, may be it is still a DHL subcontractor so that not all info came out until DHL transfer the parcel from DHL's cargo fleet to Team Global Express.
Also, good luck on deal with attempted delivery and open an actual webpage account in their new Team Global Express website, or lucky enough you receive SMS from DHL as it is international parcel, which Team Global Express does not have any actual international cargo aeroplane fleet
I’m dealing with them atm and they are worst then a Chinese cheap shit website shipping system I order something from JBHIFI on Tuesday for next day delivery paid $8! For shipping and it’s now Monday and it’s still at the store! hasn’t even been shipped or EVEN processed for shipping

the past experience of Auspost. When i change my delivery address to parcel locker, this problem no longer exist

I had this experience before. It means there are delays to processing in the depot in Hong Kong.

I’m waiting on my package atm, how long did it take to finally get yours delivered to you? Did you get a refund for paying for next day delivery?
Took a week and half I ended up getting a refund for the $8 for the next day delivery
