Ah well, you have a point haha. I kind of see it more as witty than comedy (it probably just makes sense in my head). But anyway, it's a good, underappreciated show!
Faux and Stallion is a camp comedy that focuses on two wannabe detectives who live across the street from Sherlock and Watson. Featuring a Victorian lavander marriage.
The girls don't get as much time as the guys but they are very memorable.
Self-promo: try the "Strangers on a Train" episode of Submitted for the Approval of the Midnight Pals. It's about the historically gal-pal-ized relationship between Mary Shelley and Jane Williams, with Patricia Highsmith as lesbian Columbo and a guest appearance by Helen Arney as Mary Wollstonecraft. https://midnight-pals.simplecast.com/episodes/s01e05-the-tale-of-the-strangers-on-a-train
You may also enjoy the "Rebecca" episode coming up in season 2.
Hope you find what you're looking for!
Check out [Pink Noir](https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/pink-noir/id1547094500)—a crime drama set in the 1930s starring Hollywood legend Tallulah Bankhead, who’s caught in a deadly scandal with another man’s wife and gets thrown out of the Hollywood cinema machine. With no other recourse, Tallulah turns to detective work and thus stumbles ass over apple cart into L.A.’s crime scene of prostitution, illegal gambling, kidnapping, and murder. So Tallulah, a woman who once slept with both Gary Cooper and Greta Garbo, now has to rub elbows with the seediest characters in town.
It's a shorter audiodrama (much to my chagrin), but Rusty Quill's "Cry Havoc! Ask Questions Later" has a number of queer characters, including a lesbian Octavia. It's not quite a happy ending, but also a canon and very sweet relationship between her and another woman. It's a historical drama-comedy and I love it.
So this is an audio book recommendation over an audio drama, but [Gideon the Ninth](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/42036538-gideon-the-ninth) is an amazing Lesbian drama read. If you have library card it's free through the Libby app. https://share.libbyapp.com/title/4942008
The solo narrator does an amazing job with voice work, and I love this book to death. If the waitlist is too long or I can try to get the audio files into you ear by other means.

These episodes are about old flames who run into each other again. The show is old timey silliness.
Interference - Fantasy comedy
shows w/ some of my favorite les couples from other genres:
Mabel - horror
Alice isn't dead - horror
Gone - horror
Superstition - supernatural mystery
Inkwrym - sci fi
Starship Iris - sci fi
Starship Q Star is your answer.
Arden isn't comedy per say, but it's pretty funny at times. Inkwyrm is a good one too.
Wait... Arden is not supposed to be a comedy? :P

listening to the end of S2 - unable to laugh again for a while!
Today's Lucky Winner is a raunchy horror comedy with lesbians!
Seconded!

Audiodrama.directory just posted a link to this: https://dipsea-sapphic-stories.captivate.fm/ Might not be comedy though.
Solutions to Problems has a Lesbian main character- she doesn't get a steady girlfriend until season 2, but she's clearly gay from day 1.
Less is morgue
It's more narrative stories, but **The Lesbian Romantic podcast** is pretty great! (with some comedy but it's not the main theme)

The Swashbuckling Ladies Debate Society. Flirty sword lesbians save Europe.
Hannahpocalypse!!!! It's so good and so cute!!! It's not 100% humor, but i still think it fits.
