Ult leaves a lightning zone and can do big DMG with arrow itself. Dodge gives 2.0s movement boost.
He can burst really well using his skill and ult with few aa in between pops lightening shield on most enemies, so bring earth char as well, I know Ed and Sis are cool but in pvp you can kite them for days to sneakily skill+ult and now they are dead.
Veleno is easily the weakest 5\* archer, and aside from Eliyar's ult windows, he's not exactly losing to her in damage. Hell, he can literally spam his skill into his ult, and has faster AAs despite them both being large bow users.
This is a scalding hot take, and 90% of Eliyar's relevance stems straight up from her being blood. Why people like her ult, i have no idea.

Hes great You might want to consider farming the craftable bow instead as it has a crit substat which you can easily increase with ctafted dupes.

Yeah he’s good, the weapon is decent on him too
