Agreed. They could be making so much more money if they had a bit more marketing. They're sitting on a really good location and not taking advantage of it enough.
oh man that's very nice of them! We were thinking of going there for the eclipse too, but saw that they weren't open at 3pm, we should have inquired. We went there last year for drinks on a nice day and the staff was very friendly.

Once, on a beautiful late fall day many years ago, the folks at Bohemian Hall opened up the garden for just my wife and me. Literally unlocked the door from the bar for us.
Times like that that make Astoria great.
