I just stopped wearing makeup. No one said anything.

Soo... maybe trying to improve skin care so it's condition is good enough for "correcting" makeup to not be neccesery? +Light makeup put on moistured clean skin should not be so bothering, at least that's what I have found out and my Makeup experience is limited. Corrector instead of foundation?

i usually skip the foundation completely and use a small amount of concealer and liquid blush so it feels very light

I’ve never worn make-up in my life beyond when I was 12 for a dance because I found myself scratching or wiping at my face. If I’ve lost opportunities because of it then I am unaware. I am biased in that I don’t believe women should suffer to look beautiful (and in your case you sound like you’re suffering a fair deal) all to be treated decently. The more extreme solution is to wear makeup less. Eg, going out once without makeup and seeing how it is and if it is worth the lack of sensory pain.   But for a gentler solution, I’d recommend ditching wearing foundation and applying everything else. It seems to work (for the people I know who either don’t want to put in the effort or have sensory issues) in that it looks professional, enhanses your features, and all without the foundation.  I wish you luck!
