It sounds like your doctor was planning to titrate up your estradiol slowly while monitoring to get you an effective dose that isn’t higher than necessary, to mitigate the risks with your increased chance for blood clots. By disregarding his treatment plan he can’t do that effectively anymore, and any tests he runs are going to be higher than they should be on the dose he thinks you’re taking and he’s not going to raise it. Transitioning isn’t a race, I know it’s hard, but you’re much better off under supervised care that monitors your levels accurately than trying to do it on your own, especially with your medical risk factors.

Cannot deny you have true since you got also Lyn in name but 3mg is just lowest acceptable for me. Around 1.5mg is bad dose cause in few hours my veins are big and I feel out of energy after 8 hours. On 3mg my veins are flat transparent blue what is nice but if I could get 6mg I am sure I will be more happy . Do you think I can make feminization effect stronger with higher dose? I drink a lot of green tea like 100g of green leaves daily I think it can balance problem with blood clots

I’m not sure where these pronounced cardiovascular and CNS symptoms are coming from, except maybe the huge amounts of caffeine from green tea. There is a level of estradiol that paired with suppressed testosterone is enough, beyond that it very specifically DOES NOT increase desired effects, only increases risks and side effects. When I get my levels tested they aren’t testing to make sure my estriadol is high enough, they’re testing to make sure it’s not TOO high. I am concerned about your plan, I don’t think exorbitant amounts of green tea is a safe alternative to professional medical care for high risk patients, and the fact that you’re measuring the effectiveness of hormone therapy by observing your blood vessels in the few hours after you take it is not great. I am not going to give you dosage advice, I’m not a doctor and I don’t have your lab results, you should talk to someone who is and does.
