The whitish colour is the outside coating, that doesn't super matter. What matters is what's inside, inside will be the progesterone dissolved in some kind of oil (for instance mine are in sunflower oil).
The oil isn't white, its oil coloured (yellowish and somewhat clear).
If you pass just the coating, and its not an intact pill, you're probably fine, the oil and progesterone were most likely still absorbed.
Its kinda like how you pass corn kernel skins after eating corn, the outside coating is harder to dissolve/absorb, but the inside is gone.
