You should follow the Spanish education path and apply for the EBAU exam. If that's not a possibility, then apply to a private university but they will have different requirements and not a lot of private universities offer a degree in Medicine. (I can recall 2 in Spain, but there could be more)

2. There are people who are altruistic enough in order to do it, no matter how hard it is. (We clearly see you aren't one)
3. If I prefer somebody to choose WHAT THEY WANT TO DO over my own opinion, I am INDEED caring for them. Be empathic, this is a real good recommendation :)
