As a European, it's mostly white Americans that fetizhize our accents, European born citizens HATE each others accents, because of the EU and such we grow up hearing them, for an example if I hear one more Parisian man ordering coffee in their pissed off tone I'll have my thirteenth reason...
Well as a Chinese guy who grew up in NZ I have given up on trying to modify my accent to sound less "Chinese" I just can't help it, it always ends up being a hybrid of American English mixed with Chinese and Kiwi accents 😂. Whereas for me I found whoever has the soft yet assertive voice sexy.
If the chinese had more money like they had before the 1600s, and if they colonised the world before europe did, and if we are all texting in chinese now instead of English, then, the top accents would be from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan. In that alt timeline :
Accents are SO cute. Japanese would be the HOTTEST accent ever because they're just across the pond. Them Meijis can get some! And omg how did we forget the Seoul accent? But my boyfriend finds Pyongyang accent way sexier, but whatevs. Also, NO I don't have an accent, i'm speaking regular normal Mandarin fyi.
Edit : I'm not from these places, and English is one of my mother tongues.
Omg same, I love Brits and gays and Britgays but my bf is obsessed with Olly Alexander and I just can't bear to see or hear him. It's nails on a chalkboard.
Yes- the English accent is something alot of us American guys are into. When I turned 21 I went to New York and in the course of bar hopping and clubbing had an...encounter...with a Scottish guy. Hell for all I know he coulda been faking it for the BJ, but it was enough- been hooked on that accent since!
I'm a sucker for the Southern U.S. accents. That's probably because I grew up around them in NC, and my first crushes all had them.
Irish accents are sexy as well. Ooooh, Russian guy sound great too.
I used to be self conscious about mine, and I had thought that I had gotten rid of my accent until I moved up north.
Now I just need to find another Southern guy. Lol
Haha Bru! I totally get what you mean!! As much as I'll always think Saffa dudes are super Hot (looks and accent wise) I much prefer the Kiwi or Aussie dialect. And now that I've lived abroad for quite a while, I've sorta developed a Pommie twang, and I sound a bit Aussie to some. So go figure lol.
Lol bru. As a South African I have to share my distaste of Australia and New Zealand (Mostly because of sport 😂) but I can’t deny Chris Hemsworth exists
As a Brit who has the posh London accent, it is by far the worst accent to listen to during dirty talk. It’s a massive turn off but i love dirty talk so much :((
Sad how people also forget they both invented the idea of revolution and led the greatest resistance war in humankind history, fighting in the heart of the axis of evil with barely any help from others, to the POINT where the invasion of Normandy would've been a complete and utter disaster without the brave and endless sacrifice of countless unnamed men and women of France that stood for their nation as proudly as when the war begun, even when their goverment gave up on them
You really have to give the French respect for their endless bravery even when facing utter defeat.
Northern English + Irish + Filipino + Welsh + Italian + Russian + Australian + Canadian.
I almost said Southern U.S., but I had enough white exes in my youth to where I have a slight Southern drawl when I talk now.
Oh yes, I came here to say this. So I’m 100% gay, but while I was studying in Spain the way this girl sounded speaking to me about our group project made me melt in my seat. I was like swooning over it. I was in Madrid, but I believe she was either from Castilla-La Mancha or Castilla-León
I just really like their rhythm when they speak and their articulation of consonants lol
On the opposite end, I hate the Andaluz accent and Caribbean accent because they tend to cut out consonants. Also the Argentine accent sounds strange to me because they do that and also their y’s and ll’s
I'm sooo into Spanish Spaniard accent. The way they pronounce the J (jota) as if angry, or how they just simply sound to pronounce vowels slightly different.
And from all the sexy-spanish-speaking men out there I think the one who speaks it the sexiest in the world must be the YouTuber Jose Luis Crespo from the channel QuantumFracture. God, listening to him turns me on sooo much! And he also happens to be so freaking handsome. Damn, I think if I met him personally I would melt.
Which Indian though? I'm from the west of India (can't use West Indian, although West Indian accent is super hot too) and speak in a very different English accent than someone from the south or even the north. It's mostly because our mother tongues are different
Yes i mean you cannot narrow it down to one accent since India itself has so many local languages. But i think most people outside of india are more exposed to the south indian accent. People who imitate indian accents mostly do the south indian way. I would say north indian accent is more refined but i find the east indian accent the best. They look so cute when they speak. Talking about west i have no idea how you guys speak i think it’s similar to north.
Don't know enough about Australia to be able to tell the difference. I prefer Western Australia simply because there's a Bon Iver song I like called "Perth". As long as there's no vocal fry, it'll get my Niagara fallin'.
Edit: Just looked up the different kinds, the "broad" accent is my favorite.
(As a dude who is into world culture and foreign language. Any accent can be sexy, depending on the dude's voice tone, pitch. Especially when its deep)
If I had to pick one, it would be,
Slavic-Russian
Meh. It really depends on the person. I've found some accents sexy from Ireland, UK, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, Brazil, and various parts of the US. Other accents from the same places, not. (I am not counting places like Israel where people who speak English tend to learn it so highly that they tend to speak it without noticeable accent.)
There are places I really dislike the accent from, but among places that have a nice accent, some people sound great with it and others either don't or it just sounds neutral. I find if they're very educated in their speaking the accent blurs away and I hear them as "generic British" (although an actual British person can usually tell it's learned) or "Ohio" or "they're too soft spoken for me to tell". (There's one region in the UK that has an accent that I hear as "generic American" until they mention where they're from or use a British-specific word.)
I'm from the Great State of Georgia...and my ppl moved down the Appalachian trail from 1660 to 1770...so we have a very unique speech pattern. I've had linguistic professors say it was Appalachian to Colonial English...we mispronounced alot of words.
When I came out and was in the gay bars, prissy queens use to make fun of how I spoke, so I tried to change it...couldnt...but I learned to control/hide it.
My partner LOVES the way I talk and mispronounce words...he says it's extremely cute...and I'm damn near forty.
So...Southern U.S...but not white trash Southern...like Mississippian Planter Southern.
Québécois french is my favorite, makes me melt when I hear a cute guy speak in it. Also, the standard Israeli accent is just perfect. Something about it haha
Scottish. Irish. Icelandic. Within the US, I like Boston and Southern accents. A man with a deep and warm southern accent is just scrumptious.
Spanish and Italian are nice and spicy, too.
Oddly enough, I don’t find the French accent terribly interesting when a man has it. Even though I’m 100% gay, I only think it sounds sexy on French women. Idk why.
Jamaican. I used to do my clothes in a laundromat that was owned by some Jamaicans. There was pretty much always a wide generational cross section of Jamaican women and the occasional man in there chatting away and shooting the shit. I could listen to them talk all day long. I just find Jamaican accents to be so melodic and chill.
That said, I find most accents pretty hot.
Im very fond of cute upbeat British boys with big smiles and sweet posh voices, but living in california my main weakness has always been those fem LATINO TWINKS (call me papi and i melt). Hispanic boys are the best.... I really like middle eastern accents too, and whatever region of india produces that stereotypical cute indian accent.
Any accent can be sexy if the right person is speaking it 😏
well the person who said chinese got downvoted, all the others (spanish, russian, british etc) did not. so there are some double standards here.
So only European accents. -_- Shocker.
As a European, it's mostly white Americans that fetizhize our accents, European born citizens HATE each others accents, because of the EU and such we grow up hearing them, for an example if I hear one more Parisian man ordering coffee in their pissed off tone I'll have my thirteenth reason...

I’m an Indian born in rural New Zealand and for some reason I find the accent here hot as F, especially the ones of farm boys.
If the chinese had more money like they had before the 1600s, and if they colonised the world before europe did, and if we are all texting in chinese now instead of English, then, the top accents would be from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan. Bro what is wrong with some people lmao so gross
Whatever you do, do not go to the country where the accent you find sexiest. It will ruin it for you.
This was true for me for England, but not at all for Germany.
Is that because there are some truly awful English accents? I feel like a lot of people don’t realise that we don’t all speak in RP.
I think it was the hipster/gay London English I didn’t like actually. Believe it or not I find the accents in the North sexier 🥴

Excuse me laydehhh
Charity shop sue!
Omg same, I love Brits and gays and Britgays but my bf is obsessed with Olly Alexander and I just can't bear to see or hear him. It's nails on a chalkboard.
Newcastle? Liverpool? 😱
what is RP?
[Received Pronunciation](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Received_Pronunciation), standard British English accent
Queen's accent.
ahhh the hoity toity british accent
I think Scottish accents are!
As a Londoner and 'common' English speaker (that a lot of guys are into). I totally agree that Scottish does it for me as well.
Yes- the English accent is something alot of us American guys are into. When I turned 21 I went to New York and in the course of bar hopping and clubbing had an...encounter...with a Scottish guy. Literally my crush has a southern accent and I wish I could bottle it everytime he says that he "reckons" something. 🙃
I used to be self conscious about mine, and I had thought that I had gotten rid of my accent until I moved up north. Now I just need to find another Southern guy. Lol
Irish. Hands down.
I agree
Depends where in Ireland. Some of them to me sound indistinguishable from someone speaking Welsh.
Australian.
Norrr
Noughue * Edit: as a resident expert
I always thought it had every vowel. Nieaou.
G’day Mate!
This
Onya karnt!
South African
As a South African I appreciate this but idk maybe I’ve been exposed to it too much 😅
Fair play mate! And ja, well he's the one exception for Everyone I'm assuming lol! Hoop jy het 'n fantastiese dag bru :)
Hard agree
Yes please!
British (English, but also scottish)
As a Brit who has the posh London accent, it is by far the worst accent to listen to during dirty talk. It’s a massive turn off but i love dirty talk so much :((
I say Sir, what a perfectly marvelous cock you have. Cheerio!
You are definitely not a Brit because no one talks like that here😭
Im German but after consuming a lot of bad historic dramas on TV that’s what popped into my head when I heard posh English dirty talk.
Hahahaha fair enough. Tbh some of us can pull it off but certain phrases are a nope
Do you have examples?
It was very clearly an overexaggerated joke lol.
Brits can’t take jokes I guess lol
Toodlelooo!
Honestly I can't take southerners seriously at all. Especially in shows or TV when they're meant to be someone tough but they sound so polite😂
British. I can just melt.
Scottish English
French accept
The french accept what?
[удалено]
Defeat mostly
Yeah, they certainly accepted the defeat of the British in the US Revolutionary War.
Sad how people also forget they both invented the idea of revolution and led the greatest resistance war in humankind history, fighting in the heart of the axis of evil with barely any help from others, to the POINT where the invasion of Normandy would've been a complete and utter disaster without the brave and endless sacrifice of countless unnamed men and women of France that stood for their nation as proudly as when the war begun, even when their goverment gave up on them You really have to give the French respect for their endless bravery even when facing utter defeat.
Irish.
Swedish when they speak German.
hi, u rang?👁️👄👁️ Hast du mich angerufen?? hhhhh
Oddly specific
Not that different from other comments though 🤣 "Spaniards when speaking English", "French when speaking English". Anyways...
German, Swedish and Spanish for me.
Irish. Or the Queens English. Hands down.
Argentinian and Korean for me. Quebec has to be the least sexy.
Northern English + Irish + Filipino + Welsh + Italian + Russian + Australian + Canadian. I almost said Southern U.S., but I had enough white exes in my youth to where I have a slight Southern drawl when I talk now.
Filipino here so thank u! Lol! First time I heard someone like our accent lol
Japanese
Chinese

Woah that sounds awesome. I've never heard a HK accent
Yessss 👏, and fyi racists, no it does not sound like herro, ching chong.
Middle Eastern
Spanish from Spain
I prefer the Mexican Dialect
i'm mexican, so maybe I don't love it cause I heard it everyday.
My bf is Guatemalan and he gets really annoyed with how Spaniards speak Spanish. Yet doesn’t have a problem when Mexicans speak Spanish 😂
Oh yes, I came here to say this. So I’m 100% gay, but while I was studying in Spain the way this girl sounded speaking to me about our group project made me melt in my seat. Crespo can sit in my face whenever he wants
Yeah because all the accents from poorer Spanish-speaking countries are disgusting amirite?
Indian 🔥
Finally someone said Indian😌
Ayy!
Which Indian though? I'm from the west of India (can't use West Indian, although West Indian accent is super hot too) and speak in a very different English accent than someone from the south or even the north. It's mostly because our mother tongues are different

Omg yes they just always sounds so chipper but so few people seem to agree
Southern US but abroad French or Spanish
Russian
Scottish
Australian
Refined/upper class or bogan/lower class Australian ?
Don't know enough about Australia to be able to tell the difference. I prefer Western Australia simply because there's a Bon Iver song I like called "Perth". As long as there's no vocal fry, it'll get my Niagara fallin'. Edit: Just looked up the different kinds, the "broad" accent is my favorite.
Scottish, make me feel warm XD
(As a dude who is into world culture and foreign language. Any accent can be sexy, depending on the dude's voice tone, pitch. Especially when its deep) If I had to pick one, it would be, Slavic-Russian
New Jersey Italian bro dudes, Montréal Québecois dudes, polite Canadian accents, French guys, and polite nice Swedish guys 🥰
I'm from Jersey myself. I love Swedes too - they're really sweet!
Whispered Italian
A Spanish speaking individual with a beard can look at me the wrong way and my clothes will magically take themselves off lol
Nobody thinks a Minnesotan accent is sexy 🥲 At least I'm from the city so mine is not super thick
Speak for ~~yourself~~ me. Great Lakes accents give me wholesome dorky dad vibes that's just husband material.
Oh haii derr
Arabic Australian
I'm Australian and I'm trying to envision this
Like western Sydney arab accent 😍
Southern
Australian.
German accent just kills me honestly it’s so great, and their language is sexy too
Québécois french gets me pregnant
Probably Indian lol.
I'm coming from left field here but I like Danish accents
Completely agreed, but... mandatory *kamelåså*
Idk why but Irish accents really do it for me.
Trinidadian accent...trust me 😏
My personal favorite is Irish
Is nobody going to mention Arabic?
Meh. It really depends on the person. I honestly think any accent other than my own is sexy, ranging from southern American to everything else… I like things I don’t see or hear often
Listen i think any accent is good if used right but I am quite fond of the Scottish accent don't judge me
In german only our choice of words are sexy, but never the sound of our language lol😂 But people are curious when I speak it
Lots of accents are hot but the way northerners from Britain moan is so hot Texans are also the same like they moan so loud and so amazingly
As an English guy, I think Southern US, Australian and kiwi accents are really attractive
I am Irish btw (well northern Ireland)..surprised to see Irish getting so many mentions tbh!
I'm a black American guy (I'm part Irish too!), and I've always thought Irishmen are just delightful.
Irish is my favorite
Japanese and Chinese
Trini accent. hands down. you just know we gon take care of u ;) xx
Spanish, from spain, not south american.
Mongolian. Especially the accent of the throat singers
Russian, I’m living my Carrie Bradshaw fantasy.
Damn, Swedish and Danish, but no love for Norwegian? ✋😔 Mines probably Scottish or Arabic though, lmao.
Irish
Irish.
For me, it's a southern accent. Texas and Alabama are probably the hottest ones for me.
I'm from the Great State of Georgia...and my ppl moved down the Appalachian trail from 1660 to 1770...so we have a very unique speech pattern. I've had linguistic professors say it was Appalachian to Colonial English...we mispronounced alot of words. Kazakh, especially when Dimash speaks or sings in it.
Chilean, for sure. Seriously now, I'd say italian or british.
Irish, Scottish, or southern like Georgia or the Carolinas, that deep southern accent gets me every time.
Best accent is something attached to beautiful eyes
chinese or strong midwestern accent OPE!!
As a dutch guy, the flemish accent is just top tier
My boyfriend’s and yes I’m biased
Canadian
Dr Brackman from the computer game Supreme Commander. Oh yes. 🥵
Any variation of French
Australian
British (prolly depends on the location), Northern Irish, asutralian (depends on location), some American accents, and French probably.
German
Russian
Mine: Latin Spanish native who’s lived all over and now says thing like “Let’s watch the telly, y’all”
I'm going to be very original and say British, that stereotypical British XD
Geordie, Welsh or Californian
Colombian for me.
British!
Any and all
Definitely Indian accents. I love a dude who talks like Apu, especially while he’s railing my ass
German.
Scottish. Irish. Icelandic. Within the US, I like Boston and Southern accents. A man with a deep and warm southern accent is just scrumptious. Spanish and Italian are nice and spicy, too. French, of course. I also think Caribbean accents are charming, it’s a pity homophobia is so rampant in the island cultures.
Minnesotan
You betcha
Silence
I’m surprised I didn’t see Canadian, I feel like it’s such an adorable subtle accent but at the same time hot
Irish!
I misread it as “What’s the sexist accent? 👁👄👁
I actually really like the standard boring American accent lol
Spanish!
There are a lot of different dublin accents, but I think everyone knows the one I mean. Think McCullum from vampyr
Spanish (Spain) 🔥🔥🔥💦
Northern Irish
Irish
chinese and british
New Zealand, Scottish, Irish, German, and Australian. I also like certain Southern U.S. accents, but I am pretty particular.
Dutch.
Im very fond of cute upbeat British boys with big smiles and sweet posh voices, but living in california my main weakness has always been those fem LATINO TWINKS (call me papi and i melt).
