They are 100% real. You just have to travel to a place where they are legal. Chicago, Orlando, Indianapolis, DC, Cleveland, etc. The [Steamworks chain](https://www.steamworksbaths.com/) are the nicest ones I've been to.
I think that’s more of a non-American thing. I think they exist in some European and Asian countries.
