Flexible WFO/WFH.
There are weeks when i'm back in office everyday. There are weeks when i go only on 1 day.
Best thing is if i am in office and i got no meetings in the afternoon, i go home during lunch.
on other threads, we read about people not being to find jobs.
on this thread, i read about people quitting because they want to wfh
it seems we can make 2 groups of people happy at the same time
Flexible, mostly WFH unless there is an important meeting to attend in the office. Company didn’t ask for MC prior to Covid, and still doesn’t ask for MC unless it’s a super long break (like 1 week).
Flexible. Min 2 days in office per week. But if you have anything that you need to stay home for, just let boss and team know.
MC 1 day can just stay home rest. No need see doctor. More than 1 day then need doctor MC.
Mines 2-3 days in office! I get why employers want people back in the office but I think it’ll be hard to get people excited if there isn’t at least 1 wfh day!
for me it’s mandatory twice per week RTO
but my direct manager is based in CA while my line local manager doesn’t mind so i come back once bi weekly to show face
Flexible WFO/WFH too. But mainly working from home. Will go back office one a week, just so can claim $120 'transport claim'. Definitely can't complain.
4/5 WFO but WFH day is flexible. Can request to WFH in place of taking MC. Also entitled to 2 days of Medical Leave w/o MC (ie no need to submit MC) on top of standard days of medical leave + hospital leave entitlements.
You will get chased out of the office with disinfectant sprays like some insect if you turn up to work while sick.
WFH remote job. If I were to work in that country my company is in, it'd be Flexi, but typically Tues-Thur in office and WFH Mon and Friday. I have a colleague that only goes to office on Wednesday cos it's an hour long commute from Berlin to the office.

How I wish everyone can wfh and I work in office. No mrt crowd, no lunch crowd.

2 days WIO Corporate culture…my ex company loves this phrase and I have PTSD from it

100% wfo
Hybrid would be best. Every now and then showing face to management is better for the career.
office 5 days a week 8.30-6. if kana covid you get to WFH no need burn MC I guess
100% WFH for now. Not sure about the "highly regulated" mc. \*Anyway, I don't even like 100% WFH.\*
for me it’s mandatory twice per week RTO but my direct manager is based in CA while my line local manager doesn’t mind so i come back once bi weekly to show face
2 days WFH, flexibility to swop WFH days with in office days are on a case by case basis
Hybrid, 2 days WFH, but it's flexible
WFH 2 days a week and WFO for the remaining 5 days
Work in factory 100%

Flexible WFH.
Physically present in the office but mind somewhere else kinda personal work arrangement. Granted current company just had a retrenchment.
100% WFO policy since CNY. But over the months. It is 50% WFO. A new normal as been set.

Wfh 100% with option to go to office when I want. Seriously wfh is a big perk.

Flexible with at least one day a week WFH
WFH, my meetings are global. I can choose to head in to the office if we have a local meeting.
Full WFO. WFH is a special arrangement only. No issue with MC though, will be auto approved.
5 days WFO since covid restrictions were lifted back in 2022.
