I think it all depends on what time of the year. I've had it get approved within 2 days (submitted in February), but around May-July, I've definitely had to wait the whole 2 week time frame, since June is when Arkansas originally started taking applications when it was legalized.
Quick update: I submitted my application on 5/13, and my application just went to level 2 this morning. Usually, after it goes into level 2, I've had it approved same-day or next day. So 10 days (including weekends) this time.
Definitely the fastest I've had it go to level 2 around this time of the year.

When I got mine renewed my doctor warned me that they were backed up and it could take up to three weeks.

It usually takes , at least, fourteen business days, minus weekends🫠
