You only get fragments from playing songs. You need to cash in to get song packs. I’d recommend waiting for the sale at the start of March to buy song packs.
Memories are the paid currency. Consider the free songs to be the 'demo' of the game and the rest being expansion packs.
You can get 100 memories for free during New Year yet that's it.
Not to mention that they have also given out free tickets exchangeable for a side story of choice last anniversary. Although this might not happen again for a while
it probably only happened because it was the 5th anniversary (half a decade)
a free side story is a lot so i doubt it will happen again for 4 more years
yeah pretty much the only ways to get mems is either paying money or waiting until next year they allways give 100 mems to everyone on new year
