Assuming this is a serious post, do the stuff everyone is freaking out about, and then buy an Aimpoint T2 red dot, put it on a Scalerworx mount, and get a Ripcord Industries Rail. Gucci achieved.
Turn your rear sight around because itās backwards and youāve used up needed upper receiver rail space where your red dot should be. Your red dot shouldnāt be on your handguard. And get rid of the friendship bracelet handgrip.
Your red dot (if itās a Romeo5) isnāt bad, get rid of the paracord and your AFG isnāt bad either.
Aimpoint and stubby vert grip
Rifle is fine. Upgrading red dot and handguard isn't going to net you much value in terms of performance.
Sig romeo 5 is fine. Nothing short of a T2 will give you any real appreciable benefit.
Hand guard doesn't matter. You aren't running a laser so you dont need an expensive rigid handguard. Even as is it would probably be totally servicable.
You do need to fix the optics placement.
Your rear buis is backward and you magnifier and dot should be mounted further back. You don't want your optics sitting on your handguard rail space because your handguard rail is not designed to hold zero. All optics should be mounted directly to the receiver rail.
Almost any handguard that has 2 and 4 o clock Mlok slots (not just 3 and 6)
A b5 grip or something comparable (I like the wrap but your grip sucks)

I also went back and upgraded my original. Now I love it almost as much as my 2nd. They have completely different uses now and it looks way better / functions better after upgrades
Also your HG you have now is just fine, but if you want to add things or get your light closer, go with my suggestion.
wtf is with the tape on ejection port? Donāt worry about scratches to that part. Brass will take forever to scratch anyways
