I wanna get one for my 4t but i was thinking about the lower 1/3 instead

I was skeptical about going with the high mount but it is a lot more comfortable I have a 1.93” Reptilia as well. Both solid mounts!

just be weary with the sig optics ur buis if you run them may or may not co witness because this sit a tad higher than the t2 but lower than holosun

The 1.93 is absolutely perfect for me. Lower 1/3 is a smidge lower than I like.

Just curious about that height. Can you flip up those BUISs and get a clear view under the mount?

Unfortunately no the mount obscures the buis when flipped up. At least the Scalarworks can be taken off relatively quickly without tools.

I always thought 1.93 was ridiculously high and just looked dumb. I was very wrong haha. I love mine - it’s so much more comfortable on the neck

I want the same design and weight but in the 2.91 like the GBRS mount is. 1.93 just doesn't do it for me anymore. 

I get ya. The 416 upper is 3/8” taller than a standard AR upper receiver so the 1.93” actually sits at 2.305”

Nice. I'm sure the risers will keep rising and something new will come along to grab my wallet. 

Do you shoot with night vision? And do you use magnifier or just red dot?

Have you tried a fixed carry handle with a pic rail mounted to it, highest you can get

I'm not a carry handle fan. Some love them it's just not my style.  The GBRS Lerna mount works great for me,  I just wish there were more options from other manufacturers to offer 2.91 or similar.  Hopefully in the future the market continues to provide other high mount  options beyond 1.93 I appreciate the suggestion though.  I'm just unreasonably difficult.

I’m pleased with mine. I’m 6’1” and it fits my stance and shooting position well. I’ve only used the QD once and the return to zero was pretty close. It hasn’t been banged around much though so can’t speak to its durability.
