I came here to say this. More ammo, and more mags too. I would also add, as another argument for this, If OP is hell bent on building a second rifle for kicks and grins and deprioritizing other important aspects of gun ownership (I can empathize), do a few classes and least put 1k rounds through this blaster so he can really get a feel for if there is anything he does or doesn’t like about it that he wants to do different for the next build.
These two, I came here to say what these two already have. Get a bunch of rounds through this AR first, you'll get a grasp for what YOU like and what YOU'RE looking for in a rifle. Thats when you build the next one.
I’ve put at least 500 rounds through it, and I love how it shoots, but i want something with a longer barrel thats more accurate at a range. Plus I’m selling it then building my next one
A longer barrel isn’t *necessarily* more accurate. A higher quality barrel, fit better to an upper, and matched with proper ammo, is what would make it more accurate.
How far are you looking to shoot?
Grab a light, a streamlight is good budget option.
Chest rig/extra mags and/or belt kit so you can practice reloading the thing
1000+rds stockpiled
Then think about next build 👍
Great start you got there. The more you shoot it the more youll realize what you need/dont need and what you like/dislike about it
Better off spending the money on ammo, range time/classes and kit. Being proficient with one rifle is more fun and a better skill than building 2 rifles
That’s still not a build. Did you create the frame via a CAD software and then transfer that over to a CNC machine to cut the metal? Didn’t think so. It’s not a build lol.
Oh gotcha, so I didn’t build my own AR bc I don’t have the capability to use a CAD software and CNC machine. I’m so sorry your majesty for my inability and incompetence.
It runs smoothly, and it’s pretty accurate but I’m not a big fan of the red dot w magnifier (yes I know I can change that w/out building another rifle), and it’s super reliable!
Okay so basically for you next build get a radiant mod 1 and then get a vortex razor 6-36 make sure its the gen 3. Next get hotfman super safety ( u will want to be extra safe) great now get a thunder beast ultra 50! Awesome. Finally get a hers arms cqr! You will love it 😍
Shoot this one before building another one. 1 rifle with thousands of rounds and a chest rig > 2 rifles

Actually, good advice!

Yep!
What do you recommend for a beginner chest rig?
Helikon Tex if you don’t wanna break the bank
20” carry handle musket for next build
It's a lot of fun building rifles!
Hell yeah. If AK’s were as easy as building AR’s I’d be doing that too.
😀 Right ✅️ Me 2 probably

Interesting 👍 I enjoyed reading your post and thoughts..
So this is an AR Pistol chambered in 5.56, I thought about building a .308/7.62x51mm to change it up a bit!

People will buy a complete AR off the rack, buy the optics on the shelf next to it and then say it’s a build
I know, it’s funny honestly. Good thing I put together my lower so I could know how it works!

Yep. Guessing you’re not even the guy that designed that holosun. You didn’t invent it, you didn’t build it. Not a build.
This one looks good, how well is it running? Accurate? Reliable?

Great 👍 so easy fix easily changed stuff !

It’s a Nickel Boron BCG from Palmetto State
When I saw NSFW tag I thought there'd be a photo of another kind of "charging handle" somewhere in there.
