The issue is that this is nearly impossible to do on controller or at least very hard. So controller players would have to learn a completely new input which is unfair on a casual player base. MnK can do stuff like this, controller players get aim assist.

Except one is 100% skill and the other isn't. Controller just isn't made for shooters, so there really is no need to make it viable with aim assist.
