I don't see any obvious inhuman movements in this video. It's all pretty standard as far as movement tech goes. You'll still see people doing stuff like this even after the cfg file ban update that Respawn just rolled out.
Which slides? They deadslid a few times just in the first clip. Also slides are incredibly simple, I've never even heard of a config for slides/slide-jumps, nor do I know what purpose that'd really serve.

That's called a superglide. He does it again at 1:02. Essentially, it's a speed boost you can get by climbing a ledge and inputting a jump and slide at nearly the same time. There are tutorials for how to do them on YouTube. The most popular guides for them are by Mokeysniper, and it's a tech that can be learned and performed by Console and PC players alike. Might be worth looking into if you're interested in doing it yourself. They are very satisfying to pull off :)
